To publish our application under your brand in the Bitrix24 Marketplace, the integrator must have access to the Bitrix24 developer portal (the developer's dashboard region must match the marketplace region where the application is planned to be hosted).

Information for preparing for connection: Original instructions for publishing an application on the Bitrix24 website (be sure to read them carefully, as our instructions contain only technical information)

Our application catalog is available in the Bitrix24 Marketplace for Kazakhstan. We recommend installing and testing them on your portal first. These applications will be published in the marketplace on your behalf.

How to create and publish an app in the Bitrix24 Marketplace using our platform

  1. Make sure you have access to the Bitrix24 developer portal;
  2. Register on our website;
  3. Create a separate domain or subdomain (for example, apps.your-company.com) and add an A-record with our IP address to the DNS (our server's current IP address can be found using the ping separator.biz command)
  4. Create an application on the Bitrix24 developer portal (descriptions below), specifying the addresses https://apps.your-company.com/app-settings/ and https://apps.your-company.com/app-install/ in the "Application link" and "Installation application link" fields, respectively. Where apps.your-company.com is the domain you connected to our portal.
  5. In the created application, click the "Test" button and copy the values ​​​​for the "OAuth 2.0 client_id" and "OAuth 2.0 client_secret" fields displayed there and send them to us through the application addition form, indicating the application type and a screenshot of the application settings on the Bitrix24 developer portal (special attention should be paid to access rights for the application (the application will work with sections of the system))
  6. To receive information about installed apps, new connections, and account license expirations (WhatsApp, Olx, etc.) in your Bitrx24 account, enter your portal address. When installing an app on your portal, the installed app name, user email, and phone number (if available in the user's profile) will be transferred to transactions.
  7. After we confirm, you can test the application by clicking the Test button in the application settings on the Bitrix24 developer portal and entering the address of the portal where you want to install the application in the "Test Bitrix24 Address" field.
  8. After successfully testing the installation and operation of the application on the test portal, you can submit a request for review of this application to Bitrix24 moderators.
